I am SO proud to say that I was the proud recipient of the Leo Passage Educator of the Year Award in 2015… also 1st woman to be named North American Hairstylist of the Year in 1991!!! I am still educating in New York City at the Sally Hershberger Salon as well as in my own salon in the Hamptons. My mannequin of choice is Viola!!! Perfect length to teach layered long, mid length and short haircuts…I can usually have each stylist get at least 5 different haircuts on Viola. I like the medium size head as well as the density of the hair. A MUST for every training program.
